After reading this post, I am hungry now. I know we have chole. Where is the bhatura?
ReplyDeleteHi SG
ReplyDeletehehe! I'll get the 'kulcha' for tastes much better with this type of non fried chhole :)
That is an adorable way to do a recipe!
ReplyDeleteVery nice Ankita. This used to be my favorite. Outside Arts faculty entrance in Delhi University's North campus, there used to be a Kulchawala and I used to go to him almost everyday. Of many places that I tried in Delhi, he was the best. The only thing missing in your doodle is how to package it send it to friends outside :)
ReplyDeleteSeems tangy.I'll definitely try.
ReplyDeleteTangy non-fried chhole. I'll try.Shown clear path to cusine.

ReplyDeleteI love and enjoy cooking, so was happy reading this post :) In the last 3 years since I left home, I've learned a variety of delicious dishes - Indian and western and experimented a lot with cooking :)
When you spend a lot of time and effort to cook aromatic, mouth watering, yummy, lip smacking food and serve it to family/friends. And they eat with lots of happiness and ask for more - in that moment, you'll find a special satisfaction and inner joy that you forget all the hard work :)
Have a great weekend :) Good luck :)
